HomeRadar warns that this is not a crash. Several developments registered sales in bulk in 2025, which raises the comparison base, and a booking, a contract and a registration often fall in different months.

What to check before a deposit

Some developers are running autumn offers, such as a 10% October discount on 20 apartments at Next Address and a 10% down payment at Ande Group until 21 December. A smaller down payment changes when you pay, not necessarily the total price.

HomeRadar suggests getting a dated price for the exact unit, then the offer in writing, and comparing the final cost on the same terms. Title, permits and handover dates should be checked as well.
