What we cover

EstateScope is an editorial project from the owner of HomeRadar, created to inform readers and support awareness of homeradar.ge. It is a publication covering residential markets in Georgia, Poland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania and Greece. We explain what a dataset can support—and where it stops.

HomeRadar

EstateScope and HomeRadar share ownership. HomeRadar is the owner’s main property website for Georgia. This relationship is disclosed when HomeRadar data or services are cited. Its project, building and listing observations help us identify developments and add current market context alongside official statistics, with each claim tied to a dated source record.

Data partners

All market desks currently rely on official registries, central banks, statistical offices and accountable research as sources. We will add formal data partners only after a written agreement, provenance review and conflict check.

Eligible partners are neutral research, academic, valuation or data-infrastructure organisations.

Sources are not endorsements

Citing a public dataset, bank release, registry document or news report does not make its publisher a partner. Each source is labelled clearly so readers can assess it directly.

Corrections

Material corrections remain visible with a date and explanation. Updated evidence does not erase the original publication date.
