Ronaldinho arrives in Batumi; Orbi Group says he will own an apartment at Cipriani Batumi

What is known so far

• Ronaldinho arrived in Batumi on 3 November.
• Orbi Group says he will own an apartment at Cipriani Batumi.
• A welcome message was shown on the facades of Orbi City.
• He is expected to attend the presentation of a new high-rise in the coming days.

The details come from a Georgia Online report citing Orbi Group. The developer has not published the price, size or terms of the deal, and Ronaldinho has not commented. The apartment is in Cipriani Batumi, not in Orbi City.

Why developers invite celebrities

Celebrity visits are a common marketing tool for Batumi developers, especially before a new project launch. They draw attention to the city, but they say nothing about prices, rental yields or construction quality.

What it means for buyers

Buyers should judge any project on its own terms: the developer's track record, permits, delivery dates and realistic rental income. Read more about the region's tourism figures in our earlier report.
